Overview

In this role you will lead the Enterprise product strategy for n8n, shaping lifecycle management, developer tooling, and production-grade workflow operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise customers to treat automation as software, delivering scalable and reliable automation experiences. You will translate customer needs into clear priorities, balance trade-offs, and drive adoption across engineering, design, and customer-facing functions. This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing, remote-first company that values autonomy and tangible enterprise impact. Responsibilities

  • Define and improve workflow lifecycle processes from development to production, including environment separation and promotion paths
  • Shape features for versioning, history, branching, rollback, and conflict resolution to support mission-critical automations
  • Craft product experiences that help engineers safely manage changes across automated workflows
  • Own Git-based source control workflows and integrate them with modern software development practices
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable developer tools
  • Deliver visibility into workflow performance, usage, and reliability across environments
  • Guide enterprise governance for secrets, variables, and configuration across deployments
  • Lead product discovery with enterprise customers and align cross-functional teams on strategy and execution

Key requirements

  • Proven product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments
  • Strong developer empathy to understand how engineering teams build, test, deploy, and operate software
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional product sense with focus on edge cases and reliability
