Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will own and drive firmware and software product development, bridging technical capabilities with market needs to evolve the portfolio. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across software and hardware to deliver impactful, scalable solutions in the clean-energy space. The position places you at the intersection of technology and market strategy, with a focus on V2G-related products and grid-stability outcomes. You will work with a fast-moving team to shape roadmaps and deliver value to users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end firmware and software product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth software–hardware integration and aligned product offerings
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with company strategy and market demands
• Monitor competitive landscape and technology trends to inform product decisions

Key requirements

• 2-3 years in a product role with software-to-firmware integration experience
• Background as a software developer or hardware engineer
• Excellent leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Expert knowledge of software-to-hardware/firmware or IoT development practices
• Strategic and detail-oriented with ability to balance short-term needs and long-term vision
• Comfort working with complex systems and multiple stakeholders
