Overview

As a senior leader in the Qube productline, you will define strategy, capture requirements, and drive delivery of MRI offerings. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure market-ready solutions that are differentiated and impactful. You’ll engage clients and market channels to shape roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market plans. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on product lifecycle leadership in a fast-paced environment and remote-friendly setup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote product line strategy and vision
  • Identify market problems and opportunities through discovery
  • Define and prioritize roadmaps and communicate priorities
  • Maintain customer feedback loops with key business areas
  • Manage a portfolio of products end-to-end from design to go-to-market
  • Define market segments and establish KPIs (profitability, sales, ARR)
  • Conduct win/loss and competitor analyses
  • Create business plans and cases, including pricing
  • Decide buy/build/partner strategies
  • Develop customer personas and journey maps
  • Position products for all markets and buyer types
  • Act as a thought leader in market-facing and internal capacity
  • Collaborate with pre-sales for strong demos and updated roadmaps
  • Work with Marketing on documentation and go-to-market plans
  • Hold regular team meetings and share business updates
  • Set meaningful objectives with the team and mentor as needed
  • Standardize and improve operational procedures
