Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy: define the long-term roadmap for safety platforms within budget constraints
• Lead Teams: guide agile, cross-functional squads of engineers, analysts, and delivery partners
• Engage Executives: advise senior flight safety, ground safety, security, and compliance leaders
• Deliver Value: manage backlogs to optimize metrics like safety event response times and risk exposure
• Ensure Compliance: protect operational integrity under EASA and UK CAA scrutiny

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in complex, operational, or safety-critical tech environments
• Agile expertise with end-to-end delivery lifecycles
• Data fluency with risk, safety, or compliance analytics to inform roadmaps
• Aviation knowledge with familiarity of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EASA/UK CAA frameworks (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills to influence senior executives
