• Lead design projects from early concept to contractor monitoring and sign-off
• Design mechanical and HVAC services prioritizing sustainability and aesthetics
• Manage client relationships and deliver against project objectives
• Oversee and coordinate the project design team under director guidance
• Ensure compliance with CIBSE guidelines and industry best practices
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to integrate building design goals

Key requirements

• Degree-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering or similar
• Experience in commercial, retail, and master planning projects
• Experience in client-facing project management and delivery
• Strong passion for sustainability in the built environment
• Good knowledge of CIBSE guidelines
