As Principal Product Designer on Teya’s Banking team, you will shape the vision and craft of banking experiences for Europe’s small businesses. You’ll own end-to-end product experiences, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and apply AI to deliver smarter financial decisions. Responsibilities
- Define and drive the banking product vision to simplify money management for small businesses
- Own end-to-end experiences from concept to launch in collaboration with product, engineering, and research
- Leverage AI to create adaptive, smarter financial experiences
- Understand European customers and design solutions that meaningfully improve their operations
- Clarify complex systems through strong structure and refined craft
- Use research, data, and rapid prototyping to learn and iterate with purpose
- Grow design culture at Teya by raising quality and mentoring others to perform their best
Key requirements
- 8+ years of Product Design experience
- 3+ years leading work in complex or regulated environments such as fintech or banking
- Strong design for financial systems including payments, reconciliation, and operations
- Portfolio demonstrating deep thinking, UX/UI craft, and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategy and execution and guide vision while staying close to craft
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging tech can enhance design
