Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance in line with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Diagnose faults, repair, and execute safe isolations on electrical systems and building services
- Record maintenance activities and compliance data using CAFM/PDA systems
- Ensure all works meet Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, QHSE standards, and LiveSafe procedures
- Collaborate with the estates team to maintain asset performance and operational continuity in the healthcare facility
Key requirements
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 2 & 3 (or equivalent electrical qualification)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of an electrical apprenticeship
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in building services maintenance; healthcare experience advantageous
