Risk Manager

Overview

As Risk Manager in our Project Controls team, you will help safeguard project outcomes on high-profile UK and European construction projects. You will partner with cost and planning engineers to establish baselines, monitor progress and costs, and deliver insightful risk-based reports. You will define the risk scope, engage client teams, and drive continuous risk management improvements. This role sits at the heart of project delivery, enabling better decisions and contributing to our ambitious 2025 growth vision. Responsibilities

• Develop work breakdown structures and robust baselines with cost and planning engineers
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports
• Provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients
• Define and deliver the Risk scope
• Engage with Client teams for contributions
• Carry out QSRA and QCRA exercises
• Support the client in raising the profile of project risk management
• Lead continuous Risk Management improvement initiatives

Key requirements

• Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, Project Controls and/or PMO (experience in at least one)
