Overview

In this role you manage end-to-end projects for medium-voltage equipment, from design to delivery, within a skilled team. You’ll produce drawings and documentation, support FATs with clients, and steer activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets. You collaborate with deployment teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and adoption of deliverables. The role combines technical rigor with customer focus to drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end from design to final delivery
  • Produce engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with clients
  • Organize and lead project activities, monitor progress
  • Ensure budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met
  • Perform risk assessment and mitigation throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate with project deployment teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Key requirements

  • Experience with medium-voltage electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, protection systems, control circuits)
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD or EPLAN) for engineering drawings, docs, BOMs, and schematics
  • Strong project engineering/management experience (planning, risk management, on-time delivery, budgeting)
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, IEC and BS EN standards, and manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and root-cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Customer-focused, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting FAT is advantageous
