Overview
In this role you will support a niche West London contractor specialising in luxury residential works, focusing on refurbishments, extensions, conversions and basement schemes. You will manage commercial aspects across projects and have autonomy to drive cost control and budget adherence. You’ll work with a dedicated commercial team to sustain high-quality delivery in a demanding residential market. This is an opportunity to impact high-end builds from inception through completion within a close-knit, specialist firm.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial delivery on high-end residential projects including refurbishments, extensions, conversions and basement schemes
- Run projects autonomously with budget control, progress reporting, and value engineering
- Prepare and forecast costs, procurement plans, and change orders
- Monitor subcontractor performance, contracts, and variations
- Support bid preparation and client meetings with accurate commercial input
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with reputable main contractor
- Residential/high-end residential project experience
- Strong commercial skills and awareness
- Ability to run projects autonomously
- Able to commute to West London daily
- Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications
