Senior Project Controls Engineer – Water/Utilities

Overview

You join the project controls team to support high-value infrastructure programs in London. You will drive performance reporting, baselining and cost monitoring, collaborating with cost and planning engineers and acting as a day-to-day client contact when needed. Responsibilities

• Develop WBS with cost and planning engineers and establish robust performance baselines
• Set up progress tracking and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis
• Offer recommendations to improve cost, schedule, and controls for clients
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact with clients when required

Key requirements

• Experience in a project controls environment on a major infrastructure project or programme
• Knowledge of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management and reporting
• Proficiency with P6 (Primavera) and Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP and web-based project control tools
• Typically a graduate in a relevant discipline with some experience in project controls
