Multi-Trade Technician – Social Housing (Bristol)

Cardo Group in the Bristol area seeks a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs, void works, and refurbishments across social housing properties. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and basic electrical tasks, working to Lettable Standards when required.

You must hold an NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in a core trade, have a full UK driving licence, and deliver high standards of safety and customer care in occupied homes.
