Overview
In this role you guide technical strategy for the Swine business across Europe, ensuring credible leadership and alignment with company goals. You will translate science into practical solutions for customers, shaping product positioning, innovation, and customer success in collaboration with commercial, R&D, marketing and service teams. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment to support growth and consistency across markets. Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor technical strategies for the Swine business with global alignment
- Create innovative, technically-grounded solutions and support product sales across sectors
- Provide technical support to EMEA sales teams, distributors and key customers
- Coordinate with Business Managers and broader EMEA technical team to plan and deliver sales-driven technical support
- Work with Service to ensure strategies are technically sound and well-informed
- Collaborate with R&D to align initiatives with company strategy
- Partner with EMEA Marketing and Business teams to monitor and communicate strategy to drive product/service sales
Key requirements
- 11 years experience in commercial animal production and feed additive sales
- Project management and product development experience
- Experience across multiple markets/regions
- At least 8 years experience managing cross-skilled teams
- Fluent in English and one other language; fluent in a third language
- Experience in commercial activities through product and service sales
