Overview
As Director, Client Partner you will drive growth for EPAM in AI data centres and digital infrastructure by creating demand, building senior client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions. You’ll shape deals across AI infrastructure, energy optimization, and digital transformation, coordinating across delivery, alliances, and finance to close value-driven opportunities. This role connects executive networks to scalable offerings and aligns technology value with investment outcomes. You will guide strategic planning and mentor teams to broaden domain expertise.
Responsibilities
- Create demand and opportunities in AI data centres and related ecosystems
- Leverage senior networks to open executive engagements and convert into opportunities
- Shape and close deals across AI/HPC platforms, cloud migrations, DCIM, and operations modernization
- Drive investor-focused strategies with infrastructure funds
- Develop scalable business plans with revenue targets and pipeline management
- Establish a structured partner ecosystem for end-to-end delivery credibility
- Ensure alignment across delivery, SMEs, alliances, marketing, legal, procurement and finance
- Build reusable propositions, operating models, and reference architectures
- Coach and mentor internal teams to grow expertise in AI and digital infrastructure
Key requirements
- 12+ years in consulting, technology services, AI, digital infrastructure or related energy tech in a commercial leadership role
- Proven experience converting executive relationships into revenue in AI infrastructure or European digital ecosystem
- Strong understanding of client environments, decision-making processes and procurement models
- Commercial fluency in AI economics, tokenomics, compute, energy models and grid connectivity
- Ability to lead executive conversations on cost optimization, orchestration and power density without relying on technical architects
- Knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems, GPU allocation and relevant supply chain dynamics
- London-based with UK work authorization and willingness to travel across Europe
- Network and relationships with hyperscalers, neocloud providers, or GPU cloud platforms
- Background in energy, utilities, grid systems or energy storage technologies
- External visibility through speaking engagements, thought leadership or industry involvement
