Engineering Manager

Overview

In this Engineering Manager role, you lead and develop the site’s engineering function to drive reliability and uptime. You oversee maintenance operations, including planned and reactive work, while managing budgets and contractor performance. You partner with Production to keep lines moving and push continuous improvement across the site. The position mixes hands-on problem solving with strategic leadership, shaping safe, audit-ready operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver reliable plant operations
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance, reducing downtime
• Oversee budgets and contractor performance
• Ensure plant safety, compliance, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Production to maintain smooth operations
• Drive continuous improvement across the site
• Take a hands-on approach when required
