Temp Customer Service Advisor – Office-Based (8 weeks)

St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Ormskirk seeks an Office Customer Service Advisor to provide the first point of contact for West Lancashire Borough Council enquiries. Role covers telephony from the Ormskirk Centre and face-to-face from Skelmersdale/Ormskirk Customer Service Points, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues.

Contract is for 8 weeks with shifts across 8:30–16:30, 9:00–17:00 and 9:30–17:30, five days a week.
