Supplier Relationships Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage key supplier relationships within a regulated financial services procurement environment, focusing on technology spend (software, professional services, hardware, SAAS). You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure supplier performance, compliance, and value, while mitigating risks and supporting procurement decisions. Responsibilities

• Manage key supplier relationships across technology spend (software, services, hardware, SAAS)
• Support supplier negotiations and performance monitoring
• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance for suppliers
• Identify opportunities to improve value, service delivery, and cost reduction
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, commercial, and operational teams to align supplier activity with business requirements
• Mitigate commercial, operational, and regulatory risks through effective supplier oversight

Key requirements

• Experience in supplier relationship management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Procurement experience in regulated or complex commercial environments
• Ability to manage supplier performance, risk, and commercial outcomes
• Confidence in engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Ability to commute to Central London office a few times per week
