Senior Director/Director – Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Underwrite asset management strategies and business plans for potential investments
• Lead strategic initiatives for the Western Europe portfolio (refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, CAPEX projects)
• Plan budgets and present annual budget to investors
• Oversee preparation and submission of management/investor reporting
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of strategic decisions
• Manage third-party partners (property managers, lawyers, valuers, leasing agents)
• Assess ESG impact on property sector and inform related decisions
• Develop occupier relationships to support portfolio leasing strategy and rent optimization
• Collaborate with Hines UK, Ireland and France acquisitions teams
• Arrange third-party management services
• Coordinate with regional teams to align asset strategies
• Support team members in strategy formation and execution
• Uphold ethical standards and compliance

Key requirements

• Degree in a business subject (minimum); ongoing education preferred (master’s or RICS accreditation)
• 10+ years in commercial real estate with financial analysis, leasing/marketing oversight, and strategic plan execution
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
