Senior AI Control Tower Architect – Enterprise Adoption

ServiceNow seeks an AICT Architect to drive adoption, governance, and value realization for AI Control Tower across the EMEA region. You will guide customers through five pillars, shape enterprise architecture decisions, and collaborate with AI Strategists to deliver integrated advisory offerings.

You will work on EU AI Act compliance initiatives, develop enablement content, and support new product launches, ensuring customer readiness and successful adoption across large enterprises.
