Real Estate Lawyer 3-6 PQELeading Scottish law firm are looking to hire a Real Estate lawyer, with circa 3-6 years PQE to join their highly success Property team based in Glasgow.

Candidate Requirements: Excellent, in-depth, technical expertise in commercial property.
n
Excellent knowledge of the practice of property transactions.
n
Capable of leading matters/transactions without supervision.
n
Experience in commercial leasing transactions would be a benefit but is not essential.
n
Provide clients with clear, concise, pragmatic, commercial legal advice and guidance.
n
Be able to build strong relationships at all levels with the client.
n
Successfully supervises and delegates work to more junior colleagues.
n
