Senior / Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering

In this role you will join a growing commercial team in Horsham, supporting a leading regional contractor on highways and civil projects. You will manage procurement, subcontractors, and the supply chain, take projects from award to final accounts, and handle cost/value reporting and variations. You will mentor graduates and develop cost control across a diverse project portfolio. Responsibilities

• Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
• Manage projects from award through final accounts
• Report monthly cost/value reconciliations
• Assist with change management and variations
• Mentor Grad/AQS’s and support team development

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification and experience
• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience
• Previous Main Contracting and/or Sub Contractor experience
• NEC contract experience
• Sub contract procurement and management experience
• Financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience
