Overview

As Commercial Programme Manager you will lead a portfolio of corporate transformation projects within the City of London, translating opportunities into commercial outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues and senior leaders to develop compelling business cases and oversee delivery to time, cost and quality targets. This fixed-term two-year role focuses on governance, budgets and benefits to ensure measurable impact. You join a transformation team driving commercial focus across the organisation and contribute to strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied portfolio of corporate projects and ensure delivery against time, cost and quality requirements
• Identify new business and income-generating opportunities and develop compelling business cases
• Oversee project governance, budgets, risks and benefits across projects
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams
• Engage with colleagues, partners and senior leaders to secure alignment and support
• Monitor performance and ensure outcomes are achieved in line with programme objectives
