Senior Manager – Information Management

Overview

In this role you implement and lead information management (IM) strategies for client projects, aligning with ISO19650 standards and the PMO. You will establish and coach the IM function, manage delivery quality of documents, and contribute to a global digital centre of excellence. You’ll drive CDE setup and digital delivery processes while supporting bids and project programmes. The role supports the net zero transition and collaborates across cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (incl. ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects
• Establish and manage the project/programme IM function according to strategy and standards
• Train and coach project/programme colleagues in IM practices and drive continuous improvement
• Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts
• Provide leadership to a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver area plans
• Contribute to global digital centre of excellence with knowledge and processes
• Deliver IM strategies and solutions for bids
• Coordinate setup, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE)
• Develop and implement ISO19650-aligned information production and assurance processes for digital delivery
• May lead IM on a project/programme or support the IM Lead depending on scale
• Support net zero carbon transition and manage related emissions reductions during delivery

Key requirements

• Asite experience
• Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers
• Subject expert experience with IM software (Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator)
