Senior Financial Analyst, EU Volume and Mix, Customer Fulfillment Finance

Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Customer Fulfillment Finance, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive controllership, innovation, and cost-effective operations. You’ll use data to inform strategic and tactical decisions that impact both financial performance and the customer experience. You will own financial and operational planning, deliver insightful variance analysis, and help standardize processes across EU teams. This role offers the chance to shape efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-out opportunities by linking operations and finances using CF metrics
• Earn trust with business partners to influence strategic decisions and drive improvements
• Own financial and operational planning processes and Month-end procedures including variance analysis
• Proactively share knowledge and standardize processes across EU teams
• Work independently with management to prioritize high-impact activities and deprioritize low-impact ones

Key requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance or related field
• Experience in multiple finance/accounting roles or leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Power Query, Python) or advanced Excel (macros, index, arrays, pivots, lookups)
• Experience building and managing financial models for forecasting and problem solving
