Senior AI Integration Engineer

Overview

In this role you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that interact with customers, using cutting-edge tools and LangChain-based frameworks. You will optimize LLMs, enable multi-agent collaboration, and contribute to scalable backend systems. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to deliver user-focused AI experiences and drive improvements in our AI-native journeys. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents using frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, or AutoGen
• Tune and orchestrate LLMs with prompt engineering, memory, and context handling
• Enable agent-to-agent collaboration and advanced customer interactions
• Build scalable backend services with Node.js and TypeScript
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Work with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway) for scalable, secure deployments
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-focused AI experiences

Key requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt design, and agent frameworks
• Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend architecture
• Comfortable with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance software development productivity
