Estate Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Technician

Riverside is seeking an Estate Service Operative for sites in Millwall, London. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £27,150.59 per annum and a Mon-Fri 8am-4pm pattern, excluding Bank Holidays.

You will attend Riverside-owned sites, maintain communal spaces, and support residents. Applicants should have cleaning methods knowledge, tools, and experience with powered equipment, and be willing to work across sites in a housing association setting.
