Overview

In this role you will design, manage, and deliver high-impact development programs that help employees build critical skills and leadership capabilities. You will partner with Talent, HCM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate priorities into practical learning experiences. The position blends strategy, content design, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to support employees at key career moments. You will drive program outcomes that advance the firm’s talent priorities and overall performance, across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve firmwide development experiences to build skills and leadership capabilities
  • Translate priorities into program objectives, learning journeys, and deliverables
  • Create strategy materials, briefs, session objectives, pre-reads, toolkits, and participant communications
  • Collaborate with Talent, leaders, alumni, and external partners to shape relevant content
  • Refine programs using survey insights and stakeholder feedback
  • Oversee end-to-end program execution: nominations, launch, sessions, coaching, follow-up, closeout
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, rosters, and decision logs
  • Coordinate regional logistics and vendor timelines; manage materials and day-of delivery
  • Prepare and facilitate briefings, sessions, calls, panels, and stakeholder updates
  • Identify risks and dependencies; escalate and keep stakeholders aligned

Key requirements

  • Approximately 5-6 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, learning, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work with leaders, managers, participants, and cross-functional partners with discretion
  • Ability to synthesize inputs and data into actionable insights
