Overview

Based in Bristol with hybrid arrangements, you will join the Tax Reporting team as a Tax Operations Administrator. You will support tax reporting, certification and regulatory submissions, ensuring data is accurate and deadlines are met. You will handle data validation, respond to queries, and maintain process documentation while collaborating with regional colleagues. This role offers full training and a clear path to developing specialist knowledge within a regulated financial services context. You will contribute to reliable, high-quality reporting that underpins regulatory compliance and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to internal and external queries
  • Process and validate tax forms and certifications
  • Support annual tax reporting activities and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare data for tax certification mailings
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update team procedures and process documentation
  • Manage workloads to meet key deadlines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
