Overview

In this role you will guide the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) controls for the Payments Enablement Platform, ensuring robust risk programs and timely deliverables. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate scope, build expertise in NFR tooling and analytics, and monitor remediation and issue management. You will analyze trends, drive data-driven remediation, and report progress to stakeholders. This position offers impact across enterprise risk outcomes and platform governance while collaborating with 1LoD/2LoD/3LoD partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute NFR responsibilities within the Platform
  • Challenge and escalate initiatives outside the 1RC Non-Financial Risk scope
  • Develop expertise in NFR tooling and related data/analytics
  • Monitor, report, and troubleshoot NFR deliverables and blockers
  • Drive remediation and reporting of incidents, issues, and controls assessments for the Platform
  • Identify trends and issues, propose remediation, integrate findings into reporting
  • Spot inefficiencies, flag emerging risks, and propose data/workflow-based solutions
  • Collaborate with Platforms, Compliance, Risk, and Group teams to share expertise and support execution
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of work in service of enterprise supervision and conduct outcomes
