Overview
In this role you will shape and raise the technical capabilities of the UK dealer network for a fast-growing passenger vehicle brand. You’ll design and deliver a national technical training program, support new dealerships, and drive a learning culture with high visibility across the business. You become the guardian of technical standards, aligning diagnostics, EV/Hybrid knowledge, and brand professionalism. This role blends engineering insight with teaching, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver measurable capability improvement.

Responsibilities
- Design the UK-wide technical training programme
- Deliver in-person and online training courses
- Visit dealerships to assess and coach technicians
- Create a complete learning pathway
- Develop rapport with dealer technicians nationwide
- Support new vehicle launches
- Identify recurring issues with Technical Support and create corrective courses
- Build and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Foster a learning culture and maintain uniform standards across the network
- Act as a visible face of technical knowledge for the brand
Key requirements
- Master Technician (level 4)
- Strong EV and Hybrid qualifications (IMI recognised training essential)
