Strategic Project Manager, Technical Services

Overview

In this role you will drive successful customer integrations and migrations for Duetto’s Technical Services team. You will oversee CRS integrations, PMS migrations, and Company Migrations, ensuring accurate data transfer and aligned configurations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage complex enterprise projects, and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise hospitality technology deployments and deliver speedy, reliable service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRS Integrations connecting customers to Duetto
• Oversee PMS Migrations between PMSs
• Manage Company Migrations during ownership changes
• Ensure accurate data transfer and aligned configurations
• Identify and address technical challenges during migrations/integrations
• Prepare and deliver status reports to customers and internal stakeholders
• Document implementation workflows and share best practices

Key requirements

• 5+ years managing customer-facing technical implementations
• Experience with large, enterprise-level project management engagements
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
