Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly delivery cadence and maintain programme plans; coordinate stakeholders
• Keep internal processes disciplined as the team grows
• Support development and testing of the AI platform
• Collaborate with developers, AI specialists, and external tech partners
• Assist with product improvements and UX feedback
• Contribute to marketing content, presentations, and social campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support customer onboarding and user engagement
• Analyze platform usage and business performance data
• Help develop internal scalable processes
• Assist with sales opportunities, proposals and client communications
• Own projects and seek continuous operational improvements
