Responsibilities
- Technical program management: manage scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies across cross-organizational programs
- Strategy and execution: define milestones, align with company goals, and set KPIs for program performance
- Program oversight: document status, lead status meetings, and ensure SLAs and productivity targets
- Risk and incident management: identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and coordinate rapid responses
- Process efficiency: lead cross-team process improvements and automate where feasible
- Continuous improvement: integrate data-driven insights to drive operational efficiencies
- Collaboration and leadership: drive discussions across teams, mentor cross-functional staff, and influence decisions
- Data and analysis: create and automate reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and models to manage execution
- Stakeholder engagement: liaise with internal/external stakeholders to align priorities and commitments
- Planning and execution: coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, delegate work, and adjust plans as needed
- Problem solving and continuous learning: address moderately complex issues and pursue learning opportunities
- Program governance: establish change management for scope, scheduling, or requirements
