As an Auth0 Technical Account Manager, you guide customers to maximize value from the Auth0 platform. You build trusted relationships with developers, engineers and executives, translating business goals into identity solutions. You shape long-term identity roadmaps, address security posture, and help customers realize ongoing value and adoption. Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, offering timely technical guidance, enablement, and best practices
- Learn customers’ business deeply to align identity strategy with goals and challenges
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across roles, from developers to executives
- Conduct regular executive and practitioner meetings to review value, progress, and roadmaps
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement, proactively addressing risks
- Collaborate to increase adoption and identify growth opportunities across Auth0 offerings
- Analyze trends to identify improvements and improve customer outcomes
- Act as a product evangelist, educating customers on new features and roadmap alignment
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence company approach
Key requirements
- 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or similar
- Proficiency in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
- APIs and HTTP requests, web/native apps, and integration patterns
- Security monitoring, SIEM/WAF integrations, and cloud-based services adoption
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and customer identity concepts
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence customer behavior
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (Dublin location noted)
