Overview
In this fixed-term role, you will lead insight-driven content marketing campaigns for Disney+ in the UK, focusing on awareness, engagement and acquisition. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Disney+ and external partners to craft integrated plans and optimize delivery. The role centers on paid media-led campaigns, end-to-end planning, and data-informed decision making to drive measurable results. You’ll report to the UK Senior Content Marketing Manager and contribute to local and global content initiatives from our London base.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning for titles, including briefings, delivery, and post-campaign analysis
- Manage relationships with media agency and external partners to ensure innovative, effective campaigns
- Present local marketing plans to senior stakeholders on a regular basis
- Track POs, manage vendors and perform finance administration related duties
- Collaborate with EMEA content marketing, PR, social, influencer, performance, partnerships and retention teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee annual media partnerships from planning to analysis with data-led recommendations
- Mentor the Content Marketing Intern
Key requirements
- Marketing experience in brand/content marketing within entertainment
- Strong knowledge of paid media channels (online & offline)
- Experience with media agencies including briefs, planning, budgeting and feedback
- Experience in entertainment (TV, SVOD or theatrical) or strong passion for it
- Experience with creative & experiential agencies on entertainment content is ideal
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and multi-project management skills
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail with creative eye
- Strong strategic marketing capabilities using data to tell a story
- Team player with autonomy and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
