Transformation Change Manager

Overview

In this role you drive enterprise transformation initiatives at scale by embedding change management with technology-enabled programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape transformation visions, engage leaders, and embed culture and communications strategies that enable adoption. You’ll contribute to building Accenture’s Change consulting capabilities and market perspectives, delivering high-impact change journeys for clients. This is a dynamic, innovation-led opportunity within a global network that values continuous learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday and Salesforce to define Change Management solutions
• Manage lifecycle elements: transformation vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications and storytelling, behavioural and data science, change measurement, operating model and technology enablers
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership and market eminence
• Create market-relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to enhance Accenture’s Change consulting and Talent & Organisation
• Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for clients

Key requirements

• Proven track record in managing enterprise transformational change programmes with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce
• Lead Change Management planning, conduct and manage detailed change impact assessments, build and oversee intervention plans
• Transformation vision creation, leadership alignment and storytelling
• Communication strategy development and materials using digital and AI-enabled tooling
• Learning Needs Analysis, learning strategy and content development
• Understanding end-to-end technology implementation lifecycle from design through hypercare
• Passion for Innovation and Technology trends and using data to drive objectives and employee experience
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis to influence others
• Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders with influence
