Overview

As a Consultant in our Real Estate Advisory team, you help clients strategize how buildings support their work and organisational goals. You will use data-driven insights to assess portfolios, develop business cases, and unlock funding opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders across public and private sectors, turning complex real estate challenges into growth and resilience opportunities. This role offers cross-sector exposure, impact on client outcomes, and a pathway to shape real estate investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design tailored real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and create compelling proposals

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation such as Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in Defence/Local Government/Central Government/Healthcare/Education/Commercial sectors with understanding of related policies and procurement
• Effective communicator with strong listening and client needs interpretation
