Overview

In this role you translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions within Optimizely’s Revenue Cloud and quote-to-cash ecosystem. You’ll partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support end-to-end processes from quoting to revenue recognition, contributing to the Q2R program. You work hands-on across BAU delivery and strategic initiatives, shaping how we optimize revenue operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings
  • Configure, test, and deliver Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (RCA/RCB) including catalog setup, quoting, contracts, billing, and invoicing
  • Document end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and identify gaps for improvements
  • Collaborate with developers and partners to ensure builds meet specifications
  • Support integration testing between Salesforce and downstream systems (e.g., NetSuite, Avalara)
  • Develop test scenarios/cases and execute functional/regression testing
  • Coordinate UAT, log defects in Jira, and track resolution to sign-off
  • Manage stakeholder communication, provide day-to-day Salesforce support, and contribute to sprint ceremonies

Key requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar in a technology or SaaS organization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/RCB) configuration and testing
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash in a CRM/ERP context
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and clear written/verbal communication in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Preferred: Salesforce certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud) or actively pursuing
  • Preferred: Experience with CPQ tools, NetSuite, Avalara, and tax calculations
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and SaaS revenue recognition
  • Preferred: Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce integrations using Workato or Celigo
