Business Systems Analyst

Manchester | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)

Permanent | Full-time

What you’ll be doing:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
• Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Mapping as-is and to-be business processes
• Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders
• Supporting testing, UAT and go-live activities
• Driving continuous improvement across digital products and services
• Contributing to enhancements within a CMS-driven web environment

What they’re looking for:

• Experience delivering digital solutions within a CMS environment
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Ability to create user stories, process maps and business documentation
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of testing phases including SIT and UAT
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
