Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer relationships and build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Shape long-term customer objectives and influence capability direction
- Identify and mature high-value opportunities aligned with QinetiQ’s capabilities
- Lead delivery across a portfolio of programmes, manage risks and ensure exceptional outcomes
- Coordinate across commercial, technical, and delivery teams to align behind a single customer strategy
Key requirements
- Significant experience in the UK National Security community
- Strong knowledge of Operational Technology, Cyber, or adjacent digital capability areas
- Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading complex programmes, strategic accounts, or major customer portfolios
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to balance customer outcomes with business growth
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers in complex, ambiguous environments
