Overview

In this role, you will support the Product Governance team to ensure products meet client needs and regulatory standards. You’ll contribute to governance processes, data-driven reviews, and the launch or closure of products as market opportunities evolve. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain clear messaging and compliant documentation, shaping how products are positioned and assessed for client value. This is a hands-on role in a reputable wealth manager, offering exposure to governance forums, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to drive client-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Produce product review papers for the Product Governance Forum and wider business
  • Source papers and data for the PGF from other teams
  • Attend monthly meetings of the PGF and provide challenge where needed
  • Help embed Customer Duty into the team’s processes
  • Analyse data to support the annual Assessment of Value
  • Support maintenance of QC Product Governance Policies, Approvals and other PGF documentation
  • Monitor and analyse distribution data, fund flows and other quantitative data; produce review reports for the PGF
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Investment Specialists to ensure messaging and positioning of products across marketing collateral and communications
  • Analyse data for fund distribution and respond to third party data requests
