Overview

In this role you will operationalize Cushman & Wakefield’s enterprise AI governance, ensuring AI systems are assessed, approved, tracked and monitored in line with policies, regulatory expectations, and client requirements. You will coordinate governance across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT and business teams to enable scalable, day-to-day responsible AI management globally. You will drive end-to-end AI Impact Assessments and support the AI Council with risk materials and remediation tracking. This is a chance to shape governance programs at scale in a complex, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and improve the enterprise AI governance framework and convert policies into repeatable governance processes
  • Coordinate AI governance activities across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT and business teams
  • Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment (AIIA) process for new or changed AI use cases and maintain the central AIIA repository
  • Ensure AI assessments cover privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security and regulatory considerations
  • Maintain the AI regulatory register; monitor emerging AI regulations and update policies, standards and templates
  • Support AI-specific third-party due diligence, coordinating with Legal and Procurement and tracking vendor AI systems
  • Support the Enterprise AI Council with submissions, risk materials, and tracking decisions and remediation actions

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk or internal audit
  • Familiarity with GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and emerging AI regulations
  • Strong understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance concepts
  • Experience in complex, regulated, global organizations
  • Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational processes
  • Experience with AI, analytics or automated decision-making governance
  • Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor due diligence
  • Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills
