Overview
As an Electrical Engineer, you will maintain and optimise electrical plant across a flagship Chelsea site, delivering PPM and reactive repairs. You will work with single and three-phase systems, motors, pumps, and life-safety systems, ensuring safe, compliant operation. The role supports a close-knit team in a reputable, client-facing environment with clear progression pathways. You’ll solve faults, manage RAMS and maintenance records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery. This is a hands-on role on continental shifts with strong overtime earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
- Work on single and three-phase systems, motors, pumps, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS controls
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently
- Conduct isolations and enforce safe working practices
- Complete RAMS, logbooks, and maintenance records accurately
- Use a PDA system for job management and reporting
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service delivery
Key requirements
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)
- Up to date with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within commercial building services
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and building infrastructure
