Solutions Engineering Manager, EMEA

Overview

In this role you lead Verkada’s Solutions Engineering team for Europe from our London HQ, building a high-performing, inclusive group. You will mentor and coach engineers, own program development, and drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and enablement. You’ll solve complex technical challenges and shape how our security platform scales across Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role with on-site responsibility and travel up to 25%, offering a meaningful impact on our growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the Europe SE team across Select & Territory
• Provide technical coaching, mentor, and resolve escalations on complex solutions
• Identify gaps and build programs and processes to support the SE team
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, support, enablement, and marketing
• Develop the team’s skillset through coaching and enablement
• On-site presence at London HQ with travel up to 25%

Key requirements

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Security or similar
• Strong IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales engineering teams and collaborating with sales and product teams
• Experience building programs and driving high-impact projects and initiatives
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, with excellent follow-up and follow-through
• Based full-time onsite in London
