Overview

In this role you will lead Ferrero UK&I security strategy, protecting people, assets and business continuity across sites, offices and operations. You’ll work with Group Security and senior stakeholders to align with global standards while addressing local risk. You will translate threat intelligence into practical security actions, manage crises and investigations, and drive security capability through training and governance. This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role with a strong emphasis on risk-based decision making and commercial practicality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Security Management System implementation and continuous improvement across UK&I in line with Group standards
  • Develop and maintain security, emergency response and crisis management plans
  • Monitor external threat landscape and translate intelligence into actions for the business
  • Oversee sensitive internal investigations and collaborate with internal and external authorities
  • Coordinate physical security projects from risk assessment to delivery within scope, budget and timeline
  • Support logistics security programme protecting raw materials and finished goods
  • Manage UK&I security CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting and cost control
  • Partner with leadership and key functions (Plant Management, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Finance, Group Security) and external networks
  • Lead security awareness and training initiatives to raise organizational security capability

Key requirements

  • Established security professional with experience in complex corporate or multi-site environments
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and physical security, threat and risk assessment, investigations, crisis management and security intelligence
  • Ability to advise senior leaders on risks and deliver security programmes and projects operationally
  • Strong judgement, integrity, discretion and calm decision-making under pressure
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and locations
  • Project and financial management capability, including experience with security suppliers and large projects and CAPEX/OPEX budgets
  • Comfortable working with external agencies and law enforcement as needed
