Overview

In this role you will lead Oracle Fusion HCM Learning and Career Development implementations for UK public sector clients, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. You will configure learning modules, coordinate with HR and compliance teams, and drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to reporting. You’ll translate business needs into actionable configurations, support releases and regression, and mentor a delivery team to ensure high performance. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position at Infosys that blends domain expertise with strategic stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle Fusion Learning: catalogues, courses, offerings, activities, and learner access rules
  • Support learning initiatives: mandatory training, renewal/expiry rules, compliance tracking
  • Gather and document requirements for learning administration, learner experience, and reporting
  • Coordinate with HR, compliance, security, and reporting teams for role-based access and dashboards
  • Design and execute test scenarios for course lifecycle (creation, enrollment, completion, reminders)
  • Support integration and reporting for learning content and learner records
  • Prepare administrator/user guidance and release regression packs
  • Resolve production issues related to catalogue visibility, enrollments, and alerts
  • Provide handover documents and support artifacts for HR operations
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage risks around payroll/absence dependencies
  • Lead client engagements and discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across modules
  • Guide projects through SDLC to ensure smooth delivery and optimal performance
  • Mentor and coach team members (5+ team) and contribute to Lean/Agile practices

Key requirements

  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Learning and Talent Management configuration experience
  • Understanding of learning catalogues, courses, offerings, activities, initiatives, communities and assignments
  • Experience in compliance/mandatory learning and Talent Management, learner lifecycle testing
  • Ability to work with security, notifications, reporting, and integration teams for end-to-end processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and support readiness experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent release and delivery planning skills
