M&E Construction Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the M&E construction management of a major mixed-use mega scheme in Central London. You will work within a top-tier contracting environment to ensure delivery on time and within budget, coordinating site teams and implementing robust method statements. You’ll drive safety compliance to the client’s standard and oversee the entire site from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Oversee all site staff and activities
• Ensure health and safety compliance to client standards
• Take responsibility for the whole site operations
• Verify method statements are correct and adhered to
• Drive on-time project delivery and schedule control
• Site management from inception to completion

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager
• Degree qualified or construction degree
• Experience on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use
• Strong background in construction management
• Experience managing site staff
• Health and safety certificate
• CSCS card
