Responsibilities

• Lead installation activities across multiple projects and sites
• Drive safety culture and ensure health and safety compliance
• Manage project delivery, resources, productivity, quality and performance
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Coach and develop installation teams
• Identify risks early and implement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement across the region

Key requirements

• Experience in Construction Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role
• Proven experience delivering projects in construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator or other installation-led environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments
• Full UK driving licence
