About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
You will be working across a shared supported living service comprising a block of nine flats, providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs. The role includes delivering personal care, offering dedicated one-to-one support, and promoting independence, wellbeing, and daily living skills within their own homes.

We’re looking for a caring, patient, and reliable individual who is passionate about supporting others. You’ll be calm under pressure, able to follow care plans consistently, and committed to providing safe, person-centered support.
