Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead for North Europe

Overview

As a leader in Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery, you will guide a 20+ person clinical consulting team across North Europe to deliver RI solutions. You’ll steer presales validation, design-fit for clinical needs, and oversee adoption and clinical acceptance of Philips RI solutions. You’ll build strategic executive relationships and coach cross-functional teams, shaping implementation strategy and clinical workflow optimization. This role offers impact across sales, delivery, and customer outcomes in a high-growth Informatics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team (20+ headcount) in North Europe
• Educate and coach team and sales resources on Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS)
• Validate solution designs to meet clinical requirements during presales for complex Philips RI implementations
• Develop strategic relationships with C-level customer leaders
• Act in a consultative role throughout sales, implementation and adoption to ensure successful deployment
• Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition
• Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality
• Coach and educate Europe Clinical Consulting team and customers on handling complex situations
• Share knowledge as an active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in clinical Radiology Informatics
• Master in Radiology or equivalent clinical qualification
• Proven ability to structure problems and design customer-believable solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with Philips RI products and complex issue resolution
• Regular interaction with senior management and executives
• Willingness to travel >80%
